1. For his humilitas.
2. For seeing "Jesus is here!"
3. For loving the Church.
4. For celebrating changed lives and telling the stories.
5. For seeking partners in ministry (i.e. Christian Reformed Church).
6. For encouraging leaders of all generations (including me).
7. For demanding, "It's all about the kingdom."
8. For faithfully shepherding God's people (baptizing Sophia, discipling me, leading the denomination).
9. For believing that we need places to make Jesus seen in cities and small towns.
10. For challenging us to live in unity, purity, and peace.
I'm watching. I'm also wondering where you heard him challenge us to live in the purity of the Word. How do you think he did that?
